Returns Policy for Pacific Style

At Pacific Style, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. As a custom apparel decorator, each item is made specifically to your design and specifications. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items. Please carefully review the following guidelines before placing your order.

Customized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been customized, including:

  • Custom-printed apparel.
  • Embroidered items.
  • Products with uploaded artwork or specific design requests.

Order Accuracy

To ensure that you receive exactly what you envisioned, we highly recommend that you:

  • Verify Sizing: Double-check size charts provided on our website to ensure accurate sizing before placing your order. Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned due to incorrect size selection.
  • Review Artwork: Carefully upload your artwork and review any proofs that we send you. It is your responsibility to ensure that all custom designs are accurate, including colors, placement, and details.

If a digital proof is provided, please take the time to thoroughly review it before approving production.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and, if the product is defective, we will replace or repair it at no additional cost. This does not include issues related to incorrect size or artwork errors once approved by the customer.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once production has started on a custom order, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us immediately after placing your order to discuss potential options.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Most custom orders are processed and ready to ship within 3 business days. Please note that production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and the volume of orders being processed.
  • Shipping Time: After your order has been processed, shipping times will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
    • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S.
    • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Please be aware that processing times are separate from shipping times, and delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., shipping carrier delays).

Local Pick-Up

For our local customers, local pick-up is available at our shop location. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is available for pick-up. Orders can be picked up at the following address:
